worthless. We have to choose the right way so that the lost weight doesn't return.
The weight loss journey will successfully reach its destination if the
lost weight never comes back. To lose weight in a way that it becomes sustainable. For this, we have to make simple changes in our life.

Build good habits

  • Food is very essential for health & happiness. It is the most important element of life, therefore, choose food that is local, seasonal &traditional.
  •  Always find something from the kitchen to eat. Don't search for the latest superfood rather look for locally grown food and enjoy them while they are in the season and eat them in traditional & time-tested ways.

  • In this lockdown period, people have started sleeping late at night. If you are also doing the same then this is high time that you wake up and start going to bed as early as possible. Sleep by 9:30 to 10 o'clock at night. this will keep you young & beautiful.

  • Regulate the use of your gadgets. Don't keep on checking your phone after every few minutes, leave your phone out of your reach, one hour before going to bed. The lesser time you spend on your phone the better it is.
