WE live in a world today where we have become slaves of the food industry. Keto, Paleo ,Vegan,  have become trends of today & everyone wants to curb the carbs. Majority of us are interested in just loosing our body fat , no matter which way it comes.

These diet plans make you eat some nutrients  in very high quantity & some in very less or negligible quantity , so it might loose your weight but it will surely take away your beauty & charm. Moreover the body fat again climbs back once you leave the diet plan.

So what we need to do in order to achieve a flat belly,glowing skin , lustrous hair & fit body.

  • Start eating  soaked raisins with saffron in it.It will provide your body with all the minerals & flavonoids & balance the body hormone. Any thing which balances hormones gives a great skin, hair & body
  • Haleem seeds or garden cress seeds are very beneficial, it works better than the fairness cream because the glow comes within & not from some bleaching agent. The best way to have it is, to roll it into a laddu .Add coconut jaggery & ghee and make the laddu or just have a small spoon of haleem seeds with milk or ghee.
  • The third thing which works wonders for skin, but is undervalued is the homemade achaar i.e pickle.These are probiotic in nature &  keeps the diversity of the gut bacteria, but here you have to be very careful, while making it you have to use the himalayan salt or the sendha namak .Make exactly the same way as your grandmothers use to make i.e the traditional way. Its use will give a good night sleep and help to restore & assimilate vitamine D. A good sleep at night dramatically improves the skin and we all know that it  has an anti aging  effect.

  • Now for hair eat rice, pulses & ghee for dinner. It works magically in maintaining the health of the hair.It provides the essential nutrients for hair health . You might have noticed people living in places where rice is eaten , such as Kerela, Bengal, Jharkhand have really good and lustrous hair. 
  • Fenugreek seeds (methi-dana) does wonders for hair's overall growth & maintenance. Cook it with your vegetables and have it. 
  • Turmeric is the another Indian super food which is very beneficial , but don't use it in the form of tablets or pills it does not give best result that way. Use it in making vegetables and have it , drink it with milk .
  • Drink coconut water .

  • Do yoga daily and weight training at least for one  hour weekly.
  • Yoga will make your hamstring flexible and weight training will make  the muscle strong which will increase the           metabolism of  the body & eat away the extra fat from the stomach .
  • Eat your dinner three hours before you go to bed .
  • Don't be a night owl. Go to sleep latest by 10 o'clock. 

  CONCLUSION

  • The key to  well being is to go back to sustainable way of life.
  • Eat seasonal which should  be of  your region.
  • Be active & exercise daily be it yoga , weight training , cardio anything.
